Heres the construction sequence video showing whats gonna happen next. It appears to show the top of the office portion at the mech floors there will be a bunch of cross bracing and the core drops down a third on either side keeping only the center third which rises the rest of the way.

Its not the easiest to follow because it shows the core and structure rising at the same time, but thats what it looks like to me.

Somewhere in this thread, there is an update tweet from the contractor explaining that is what will happen. They are done with the office section core, and the core will be much smaller for the residential portion (as will the overall floorplate).
 
Are there detailed plans somewhere of the station portion of this project?
