I think it's also helped quite a bit by the presence of several non-glass dominant towers in the same area. It really pops all the more for that reason, along with the uniquely spectacular design.

I second the pizza recommendation. I like the Detroit style and they do a great job with it. Their menu has come a LOOOOOONG way since they opened.

Exciting to see that they've started the screen!

I've been thinking about this "polygonal" portion that was once rendered as a darker/ charcoals color versus now where it's rendered in white. I'm wondering if it will actually be the same material/ coloring used to cap the sides of the revealing pleats on the front of the building?

I'm not sure if that fact will change anything/ make it appear less garish than rendered, but it would at least that choice offers the impression of cohesion; something I think the architects are completely capable of given the quality level on display thus far.
