The similarity itself isn’t the issue. The problem is that they are all 500’ long, paper thin, and completely dead.Is it me, or is every large scale residential development in Chelsea/Everett (and there are alot of them these days) looking very similar?????
It's closed. With the giant Market Basket right down the street, it was always fairly dead -- produce sat on the shelves so long it usually looked pretty sad, for example. But Stop & Shop wasn't the landowner like they are/were at Allston Yards.Sorry if I missed it, but is the Supermarket itself open, closed, or relocating? THis seems like the kind of project you could get if we just reduced parking minimums and let owners build on their oversized parking lots
