Table Talk Lofts | Washington Street | Worcester

The rendering guy needs to be more attentive to details or the bike path is an obstacle course.

The two Rossi developments (3C and 3D) along Green Street are fine and pick up on the design elements of the neighboring existing Table Talk building. The Planning Board had some feedback on the Meh Madison Street facade of 3B.

Aside from a few details (sidewalks etc), 3A was approved without anyone mentioning the lack of any street retail.

Updated 3D, basically a clone:

I visited the area the other day, it seems that site clearing continues and a crane has been put up. The plot of land is much hillier than I was expecting, so I'm curious to see how the foundation will be built. They've already excavated a god portion of the plot closest to the ballpark and have mostly demolished some concrete structure that was there.

It will have 2 stories of garage so I expect a pretty big RC wall along ash. And the steel framing and podium making up the 2nd story of the garage. They have entry on both the new street and ash

The developer of lots 3C and 3D got a two year extension of approval from the planning board

They didn't ask for an extension on the lot for their big 7 story one..I wonder if its either under way or abandoned
