Agreed! Theres a flat-iron..ish building going up in southie that looks pretty similar, aka amazing.

These are emphasizing the existing corner flat iron building wonderfully, but its amazing to get a whole new one from scratch too. Doesnt happen everyday.

This development continues to make every other low-rise project in Greater Boston look pathetic by comparison...

It definitely looks great. Theres a couple corner lot brick low rises going up in southie that are gems as well. We need many more developments like these. Thanks Beeline for posting the pictures.

The difference between the Southie buildings and the Abbott is that the Abbott corner is the genuine article, and not some ill-fitting look-alike.
 
The corner building yes, but the buildings on either side behind it that this thread are for are new build, and they look great.
