Before I saw your post I was going to ask when the Comfort Inn sign was going up.
 
Miles better than what was there before. But ugly. Could have been better. I'd have gone with darker bricks.

And why so little glass?

Yeah and I still stand behind those words, although I'll echo cjbski's comment and ask why so little glass? That brickwork clearly does not want or deserve to be so prominent. And LOL at the people saying this looks like a Midwest hotel... sad and true.

Still, I'm a sucker for art deco and for that I give this one a pass.
