The West End and Gov't Center really stands out now! What was always a nondescript part of the city is really transforming into something special and clearly enhancing the skyline. I am very intrigued on how the new State St tower will look when completed. Specials thanks to the Ab contributors for posting those pics.

At first not, but I now like the glass at the top lighter than the glass column below. If it were darker it might be a bit overbearing. This way it's less obtrusive next to the sky.
I think it’s a work in progress. The renders show it as identical to the glass running up the side.
