The "people" will have to wait because only a small group were allowed access to the roof due to safety concerns. I did see WMTW and WCSH at the event so maybe there will be some footage from above on the local news this evening. Some drone video may released in the near future because one was flying around at upper levels. (y)

While this was "official" top out, is there anything else to be added? In Boston most of the "official" top offs don't include the mechanical penthouses, which do technically count as part of a building's official height.
 
No more height but the penthouse still has a few more beams to go to complete its footprint on the roof. Also, the tower crane will remain in use until December now due to the delivery of the prefab sections taking longer than expected.

The Temple Street garage really looks out of place now. The city is spending a lot of money to maintain it and maybe they should sell it so something substantial can be developed there which could still include lower lever parking as part of a project.

Music to my ears - this is such a huge and high-visibility parcel. Time to get rid of it and build a substantial tower here right in the heart of town.
