Thanks for all the photo and video updates! Really nice to see all those building erased and relatively quickly too! Beyond thrilled to see this project becoming a reality.

I know it's a year out, but once One Moody itself eventfully falls, I think a bottle of champagne will be in order.

Glad to see the site live, esp. with the webcam up and running. I do wish it did have some more detailed renderings though, but I'm sure it will fill out in time.

Visited the site today for the first time in a while. Crews are working on new utility connections on Main Street and steel for the first building (Building A) is expected to go up in next couple weeks. Interesting fact: the first floor will be steel but the top 4 floors will be wood frame construction.

STEEL HAS ARRIVED!! The crane was assembled today also.
