The Sudbury (Bulfinch Crossing Residential Tower) | 50 Sudbury St | GCG Phase I | Gov't Center

I've been reading AB for almost a decade, so it's an honor to join the party. I walk by this everyday and I'm still in awe at the footprint and presence it has. It feels much bigger than it is.

^^Aspect ratio goes a long way.
Moxy looks taller than the Seaport.
But it's only about 10' taller than the Benjamin.
From just the right perspective,
1 Dalton looks a bit taller than the Pru.

10.13. -- Looks like they've started structuring the 'top stair,' crane-side of the building; Mechanicals seem to be progressing quickly

This angle is really great. :)

In a few years....
1. clear day
2. late summer foliage
3. The 6 West End Towers up + Winthrop Square + SST....
4. same location
5. ~700-1000' up in a drone/high res still cam
to enhance the depth/layers, East Cambridge etc

THAT will be something!!

At least it's named after a street that's named after a town in MA that's named after a town in England. Instead of being named after some marketing VP's brain-fart of the day.
George -- Not too surprising as it is located on "New Sudbury St. -- kind of like One Dalton, 200 Clarendon, One Marina Park Dr., -- actually quite a few buildings named after the street address -- I guess the clever part was not including New in the name

Looking good, baby. It really complements the Federal Office Building, as well as the State Office Building nearby.

From today (10.19). 'Stairs' to Greenway are really taking shape. Walking down Congress street, heading north, I can't help thinking how incredibly different it's going to look once both major projects, Hub and Bulfinch, have been completed... and GG.
