More ‘backside’ progress. I think I like these panels better than the front ones. They at least have some depth/texture.

Frontside panels - I’ve seen more substantial bathroom tile.

i'd bet that yellow and green two-tone multifamily will get redone soon, even if it's just new siding and new steps/entranceways. Once that's done, it'll be just fine next to these new larger developments. They're probably nice and spacious inside and the windows look pretty new. Someone who lives there is driving a new Audi, so clearly they're able to rent them out to people with a little bit of extra money.

Biking up towards Union Square this thing really jumps out at you all of the sudden!
