i'd bet that yellow and green two-tone multifamily will get redone soon, even if it's just new siding and new steps/entranceways. Once that's done, it'll be just fine next to these new larger developments. They're probably nice and spacious inside and the windows look pretty new. Someone who lives there is driving a new Audi, so clearly they're able to rent them out to people with a little bit of extra money.

They literally look the same to me. Appreciate all of your posts and pics but a lot of your shots end up looking very similar and get posted to multiple threads so it just looks like the same pic is being posted over and over again.
