4/8 From Prospect Hill, Waltham. It's hard to tell what's happening here but it looks like that's Watertown stuff front and center.

Developer Discusses Vision for Major Project on Main Street
104-Main-St-project-from-Main.png

“The developers of the project proposed on Main Street in Watertown want to create a place where residents can live steps away from restaurants, stores, and public transportation available in Watertown Square.”

“The development would have 146 residential units in four stories above 5,450 sq. ft. of retail/office space on the ground floor….”

It appears to be replacing this middle structure off of arsenal st. In the article it mentions arsenal st and walnut st, so it seems to be this lot in betwen them. 250 arsenal place doesnt exist, but this is what comes up as 250 arsenal st on apple maps. Either they mixed up place/street or theyre going to build a short road into the property and call it arsenal place, not sure. Either way this looks like the spot.

That's some fine massing on the left there. With that garage all wrapped up nice n shit, ayup.

Took another walk around the Arsenal on the Charles campus this week. Looks like 3 buildings in total currently under construction with lots of ongoing landscaping work.

Really interesting facade material on the 'orange' finned building. Anyone know if this is copper? It appears to be getting a patina in some locations but not others.

And this garage addition or screening on the parking garage along Arsenal St is pretty wild. Looks like there are attaching a bunch of mounting plates for whatever the screening is.
