i don't see anyone getting past NIMBY opposition to a tower in the middle of the low rise Symphony neighborhood -- even though you are just across Mass. Ave. from the other towers.
What's up with all the lots around Roxbury Crossing? Looks like a perfect TOD opportunity there.

Maybe once the Orient Heights and Charlestown BHA properties are rebuilt, the city can move down that way and work on the arc of properties between Lenox and Bromley-Heath. Would do a lot to change the negative perception of the area and add some market rate population. Could really be a catalyst for movement on the empty lots all through those neighborhoods.
there is a project going up on a portion of those lots (I'm too lazy to search for the thread on here, but we do have one for that project). It was dissapointingly small, considering this is RIGHT next to a heavy rail stop. But I guess something is better than an empty lot.
