Fair enough. I should've qualified my projections--"if coronavirus doesn't disrupt the construction site"--of course I have no idea if it will or won't. And, unless you're with Suffolk Const. or one of their subs, you don't, either...
 
If the coronavirus impacts the supply chain for construction material, it could also slow down progress.

I'm no expert, but that looks like high quality product with a high level of detail to the facade. Nice to see things going a bit upscale, alongside the new Bulfinch Tower. We don't need more plain glass boxes.
