I guess I'll get used to it, but I really wish the "Last" button was retained.

Again, disappointing, but looking at other forums I follow, none of them have this feature either. I guess it's just the way things are now. At least we get the thread title in the URL.
The alternatives are being considered along with some other ways to potentially show project info. We can absolutely do things within the thread titles. Emoji are actually a really good idea.View attachment 45
Going to be honest here, that's really disappointing.
Edit: One alternative would be to edit thread titles with [PROP] [U/C] [COMP] [CAN]
or use emojis
= Proposed
= Under Construction
= Completed
= Cancelled
= Neighborhood or Infill Discussion threads, etc
Edit: Apparently you can't put emojis in the title field.
Edit2: It's an extra step but justin7 pointed out that you can put emojis in the tread title so I think that will work . Thoughts?

@BeeLine, can you please send me a DM describing this issue in detail. I'm not familiar with the process you were using to post photos from Flickr, so if you could explain each step you currently do to post photos from your Flickr, I can review with Ed and try to help you out. We definitely want to make sure you can post photos easily! Thanks. Not able to figure out how to post multiple photos from my flick account. I post one photo ok. When I go to add another I can't get it to add to the post. When I use the attach off my desktop the photos are too large and are canceled. Help appreciated. Other than this I'm liking this software. The photos are really sharp.
Re: the menu bar - it is "floating" for me this morning (meaning it is showing as you scroll). Not sure if it was being tinkered with yesterday. Not really a suggestion per se, but I notice yesterday the Forums - What's New - Members menu bar was 'floating' so it would "follow" you as you scrolled through the thread. It seems fixed to the top of the page today. I'm not sure if it was a bug or an experiment, I actually kind of liked it floating, but I'm fine with it either way.
Data: are you also looking into ways to introduce thread titles on individual posts as well?

Interesting. My menu bar is still fixed. My work computer sometimes does wonky things to website features so I'll check when I get home.Re: the menu bar - it is "floating" for me this morning (meaning it is showing as you scroll). Not sure if it was being tinkered with yesterday.

Re: thread titles on posts - My understanding of this is that it would require significant template modification (read: time) as it is not a base component of xenForo. It's a lot of work for a little gain. Thread titles are now in the URLs and the thread title shows on tabs, so I think we're ok. It might take a little getting used to, but that comes with the territory.
I didn't know anyone used that feature. If you had it set on vBulletin, then it likely did not carry over. I will look into this functionality with xenForo.Just realizing I'm not getting my daily email of threads I've subscribed to. Is that a feature that may come back at some point?
In this new scheme, when I watch a thread, what does that mean?

All of the things marked "Not Possible" are... not not possible. The common term is "won't fix."
Certainly not attacking you or anyone else here. I'm just pointing out that there is a big difference between can't and won't. All of these things can be absolutely be done, which makes "not possible" rather misleading. I don't believe that is intentional and appreciate that you're even taking the time to track these things.[...]
"Not possible" was just meant to imply that "post icons" as vBulletin had were not possible. Sorry for the confusion.
To some others:
Also, I set the "not possible" statuses, so attack me, not Ed. Ed has been nothing but helpful in implementing a lot of these requested fixes in a very short timeframe from when the issues were raised.
Again, not attacking, but attempting to provide some insight: I've never worked with xenforo, but judging from experience with similar systems this looks like a very quick and easy edit for anyone who has worked with xenforo templating (5-10 minutes) and I doubt more than an hour or two for someone who hasn't.[...]

You can simply click the reply button on as many posts as you'd like, as "reply" automatically goes to the quick reply at the bottom of the page now instead of a separate reply page. It will function the same way "multi-quote" worked on vB.Would be nice to have the "multi-quote" button back, to quote more than post in a reply.
