Not a bold or really aesthetically appealing design, and I know it looks worse up close, but it does look like it's been there forever and it's not even done yet.

In a way this building almost seems like a super-super-sized version of the Salvation Army building that used to be there...

Rifleman, are you saying that to JSic's comment? Because I never thought the old Salvation Army buidling was ugly. I thought it anchored its corner quite well.

YES........I like the way this Building is coming out for the area. I think Liberty Mutual design is living up to expectations.

Salvation Army Buildling I was never crazy about. Maybe because it was just too small for the corner.

For a building to represent the company that owns and operates it, yep right on.

Insurance is and always will be boring, and you want it handled well. Esurance, Geico, Allstate, etc. want to jazz it up and make it exciting in their commercials, but goold old stoic LM is keepin it real.

Button down suits on millionaires taking in our money and portioning it out to pay for accidents as they see fit. Humdrum.

Once the windows fill in, this will look pretty decent I believe. The ground floor will hopefully be updated in the coming decades as has been covered numerous times already.

What's with all the 'boring's? JFC. What makes the Old Hancock any better? I don't see anyone knocking that.
