Does anyone know why some of the new panels aren't glass? I'm assuming it is temporary.

Is this maybe part of the indented balconies at the top? I have been wondering about this too. It doesn't look like the same thing as the mechanical screens on floor 27.

^ thats what I thought too but the renders show the balconies start on the next floor and are only on either side not in the middle so I'm not sure.

This photo shows what's going on the best. It's available in high res on Flickr. Thanks BeeLine for taking it.

It appears that the spandrel glass between floors was in stock, but they were missing many of the actual window panes, so they filled them with something temporary in order for the curtain wall installation to progress.

I'm not inclined to say all these panes got broken because broken panes tend to get filled with wood. You can actually see a few wood fill-ins in the bottom of the photo (and elsewhere on the tower)

I always look forward to your updates, DZH. I can't help but look at these today and think of what might be going up next to it at One Broomfield.
