The road in front of One Dalton is a nightmare- giant potholes almost swallowed my car. Is the developer going to pave this road? Surely, they can't let buyers Mercedes and Teslas fall in those holes.

Great photos.. So the crane is coming down. Are we now to assume with the crane coming down that in fact no spire will be added here?
 
There is no spire. There might be an antenna but I have to assume that would be tacked on at the very end of construction.

There's been zero confirmation of an antenna. It was not put through the BPDA process with an antenna. My opinion is there is no antenna and a few of our height crazy fetishes vastly over analyzed the filing.

We'll see. You are quoting somebody's speculation as if it were fact. His second and third points are moot since there is a separate filing for the crane at 920'.

every single skyscraper in boston has an antennae of some type. of course this is going to have an antennae -- just not a spire.
 
The owner filed (paid) for the FAA documents for the addition of an antenna..... It follows there must have been a specific objective behind this filing. While the aB community remains well afield of full panic state, the unclear timetable on the possible addition of said antennae/s has left people well past incredulous.... i join with those who relish the impassioned discussion and unfolding drama.... However perhaps, someone can contact the owner or Suffolk Construction to demystify things and end the chaos.....

Great photos everyone but yeah that crane is even lower than it was at 9 am this morning
