Not sure how to pronounce it properly but having the letter A in the beginning of the name will help it pop up first when searching for apartments to lease in Portland. Marketing genius by Redfern!

I always thought the first and third C's were hard, and the second one was soft, so Au-ko-SIS-ko. But I really only saw it used for a short-lived arts festival, and the ferry,
