Excellent strategy . . . If your goal is to have the rich/corporations take their business and money elsewhere. Ask NY, CT, NJ and CA how increasing taxes on the most successful has impacted their revenue collection.

Hmm, looking at those last couple of close ups of the top few floors (thanks, Mongo), the highest and 2nd highest appear to be pretty much identical . . . Would this be common--to have such a floor plan--to just house mechanicals [on the top floor]?

I noticed this the other day, too. They do need to adjust the diagram's height [of the Four Season's Tower] to accurately reflect it being a smidge taller than the Prudential--looks like they just flip-flopped it's position of the two buildings without modifying (stretching) the Four Seasons.
