    Does anyone actually KNOW what their plan is here for dewatering the parking garage and keeping seawater out? Half of the back corners first floor retail is 4' below grade. I would have expected the parking garage to include automatic seawater barriers on all these projects but all I ever see...

    Apparently construction is to start after this coming Hunting Theater season. That puts a May 2020 start date. An agreement has been reached where they must complete the project 24 months after they begin so that the recently announced BSO project can begin.

I for one am happy to see the longest running gay night back on Lansdowne Street. Patrick Lyons began that endevor 27 years ago. To see it come home...

    First off the Pub has been planned for years..... and secoond what has become McGreevy's wasn't bought by the Dropkick's until Jan (give or take) of 2008. And Bill's is an affiliate of everyhting else on the street.
