It does still include that parking lot, but they haven't released any renders for it. Excited to see what that will look like, but super excited to see the landsdowne portion of the project that will include the air rights parcel too.

I think this is anticipating some neighbor complaints. The "egress corner" of the building is the part that is directly across from 45 province. This should hopefully keep complaints about the new building looking into people's condos to a minimum.

Except that the only motor vehicles on this will be busses. The outer sides of it are no more pedestrian unfriendly than the seaport boulevard bridge and the center walkway/park thing shields you from the wind.

I think it would be trivial to look at the boarding/unloading data for the gated stations and find heavy abusers. A repeated pattern of the same account swiping in at two stations in the morning or afternoon, even hours apart, that are physically separated by miles would obviously be something...
