There isn't really any historic urban fabric where this building is. Thankfully it doesn't seem to be crowding the Hancock too much, and the fact that it is slender and glass will help minimize that. The Hancock is a massive sculpture as much as it is a building and I hope the sky around it is...

Sounds great except that the Chelsea Street bridge takes 30 minutes to go up and down, so the schedule will never be reliable.

This is near Wonderland Station in Revere Beach, part of Waterfront Square, this project.

Ahh, Chelsea gives no fucks about the quality of buildings that go up. I want to complain about the at grade parking in every new building, but our public transportation is useless, so what can you do?

Re: 600 Harrison/600 Harrison Ave/South End/Boston Giant spires are probably never going to happen so they should take the pyramid caps off and add a little cornice and balustrade, or anything to make it look finished. Right now it looks like garden shed roofs plopped up there.
