Partners went from nearly no employees working from home, to having most employees work from home (in some capacity) in the short time since the new partners building was erected. There's still a lot of empty cubicles in this building. I don't see Partners doing Phase 2 any time soon, if ever.

If it were called Lucky Strike I'd agree. But its called Lucky Strike Social. In their signage, the word Social is the same size as Lucky Strike. Their branding makes it pretty clear what types of entertainment are available.

Nowhere in the name is it described as a bowling alley. It's called "Lucky Strike Social". It has bowling alleys, as well as pool tables, floor shuffleboard, games, and two giant bars (hence the "social")

Those garages have a great view of the orange line train tracks, not waterfront property. Trust me, nothing of value was lost in the design.

If K mart ends up going under, would it be feasible to chop of that K mart end of the building, extend Canal St to Middlesex, and use that parcel for another mixed use building while retaining the rest of the bix box stores?
