🔹 What's Happening With Project X?

Parcel 9 greenway is u/c...haymarket hotel.

What’s the deal with N. Washington st? It’s empty and rotting...I know someone bought the buildings and the baking supply shops closed or moved offsite.

“South Station Phase 1 lease” is on the BPDA agenda.

How about we propose a theory and see if we can disprove it;

The MBTA in fact, has absolutely no idea and no plan how to coexist as a rail transportation company during the construction of South Station Tower.... and therefore, has no plans to permit construction anytime in the foreseeable future....

Is such a state of affairs plausible??

One day, will we be talking about how Back Bay Station was approved 6 years ago, 8 years ago, etc?

Have we been fooling ourselves all along; in fact, Massachusetts will be the first state to implode under socialist, one-party rule?

I sure do envy the stellar state governments of Alabama, Kentucky, West Virginia and Kansas! No socialism to be found there and coincidentally about the worst states in the country.

It is interesting that for all the bleating about transportation and public works, which states have taken on the biggest projects? Mass (Big Dig), Washington (Little Dig), California (LA project), New York. What do those states have in common?

i need to start recording my friends on the phone....

"let's say you got to repair something..... 20 unions? 25? could be a low number you got to send everyone out to do the slightest little thing........ everybody has to get a taste..... we have a shitstorm of overtime abuses EVERYWHERE that's why the state's going fucking broke."

no actually i don't need to record my friends on the phone.

And the better run conservative state who's economy isn't based on oil revenue is....???

Hmmm...Kansas, WVA, Mississippi, Kentucky, Indiana, South Carolina....

Anyway. Hopefully the news on SST is meaningful, but we don't know until Thursday
