New render, I think... (elevating the need for Boston to address the expanses of asphalt around what seems like is going to be a nice new moment of refuge.. won't be as great in the current configuration/lane provisions)

Also, this is apparently aiming for 5 different types of certifications (SITES, LEED, WELL, WiredScore, SmartScore) - an impressive undertaking, no matter your take of the certifications themselves, personally.

I believe that's a little stretched - the overhang will be cool but not quite that dramatic...
 
Temporary Load out platform? Just a wild guess. The upper diagonal brace connection looks temporary. The whole site is surrounded by off ramps and streets. lack of staging area?
 
Rather bold architecture for Boston but should fit in nicely in the Seaport.
 
That thing looks like it has the ribbed steel decking and lip for a cast concrete slab.
 
7-17-23 - Making good progress and consistently a very active construction site late into the evening (these photos are from just before 8 pm). Whoever is overseeing this should go work for the T when this is finished.
