Based on a quick skim of the PNF, so apologies for any errors.

The building currently under construction is all residential, the blocky midrise is a mix of hotel and residential, and the wharf lowrise is also all residential (all with some ground-level retail). It appears that the bulk of these units are condos, with some "Innovation" units thrown in.

As of this February, New England Development is looking to build offices instead of residential in the second building, given current market conditions. The third building is still slated for condos. There was some discussion of this earlier in the thread starting around post #355.

^^ Thanks Jumbo for pointing that out. I recalled reading that they'd requested a change of use. It's become pretty common in these large development plans for the developers to modify the use of a building or buildings based on market conditions (i.e. the Northpoints, Seaport Squares, Fan Piers, Pier 4s, etc.).

Thank you so much, kz. Wow, do I ever love this one. Nice glass, nice form, even the precast panels seem to be a small step above the norm in quality.

Some of your pictures above show the windows reflecting the flags in the World Trade Center. Although I'm sure it's unintentional, it's honestly a nice pop of color and the cherry on top.

I don't know whether it's modern architecture that gets its inspiration from LEGO or vice versa.
It's not that I don't like it - just reminds me a lot of what my son 'creates'.

The view from the WTC is way better than the view from more downtown. It's a nice building with some interesting finishes. Definitely above average for the seaport and I think will be a great building once more is filled in.

I just hope after these (four?) white buildings finish up the trend will take a break for a while. This better not be the new "thing".

The ribbing on the precast makes a big difference, it looks "sculptural" and gives some texture (unlike, say, the Kensington.)

There is depth to the window surrounds and the long horizontal windows have substantial frames. This goes a long way to avoiding the flat cardboard effect (again, the Kensington.)

This one is growing on me. It's the child of OMP and Waterside Place that managed to turn out better than its parents.

lynqueezy, nice picture on your blog. I presume that's the house on top of the Mondo Condo. If so, I once did the legal work for the buyer of that house. That's one bizarre condo. Standard Ft. Point loft with a house on top. Must be worth a small fortune now.

One of the more quality seaport buildings I'm not offended. District needs more glass bad it's either white, beige or brick.
