1330 Boylston Street | Fenway

In the mean time, the Sox might do something like put a giant mural of the Sox symbol on the wall, and it might "accidentally" catch on and people won't want to remove it.

As I was comparing these latest pics (which are fantastic by the way) with the very first pic of this thread, I noticed something odd. In the set of pics above, go three pics down. The same (or very similar) black car is in the same spot in both pics.... ? just thought I'd point it out for what it's worth.

Strange, I thought I uploaded these: Taken 12/27

I really like how they broke the building up into three distinct parts. This plus Trilogy are my favorite new buildings. This area is gonna be so nice in a few years.

My turn to pile on some pics..

I agree the area is going to be much nicer. The new zoning should really bring the area up. Anyone know about any other planned projects in the area?

I would also like the know about the other planned projects. Is the burger king going down soon? What about the triangle piece? I think this is the most exciting area in all of Boston right now.

I am not obsessed with this building or anything...

They are getting the glass up on the Burger King side of the building now.

Does anyone know about future projects in this area? That goodyear and that shaws need to go -- well more that the shaws building needs to change. It just interacts so terrible with the street.

It just interacts so terrible with the street.
Street? What street? This is still a highway. Broken sidewalk with parked cars, drive-in commerce, drive-thru ethos. Maybe some day, but as you say, the developers need to do better. Unless they do, it won't be a place to like even when it's all built up.

No matter what gets built here, there needs to still be a supermarket. Maybe one that is the first floor of a larger structure.
