401 Park Drive (née Landmark Center) | Fenway

I didn't realize they would be selling cans at this location. That's very exciting as it's more convenient to me than either Fort Point or Canton.

Per Steve Adams, Samuels has two tenants signed for this.
Per the Boston Globe the two tenants are "cancer drug maker Tango Therapeutics and investment firm Third Rock Ventures." Both are life sciences companies, and Tango is actually part of Third Rock's portfolio.
Tango currently has space in Kendall and they'll take 65k sf here. Third Rock will take 25k sf, moving from their offices on Newbury Street.

Collectively, that's 22.5% of the building's 400k sf space, or about 3 of its 13 floors above street level. I doubt Samuels will have difficulty filling up the rest of the building by its 2022 opening date.

I like the industrial look of the facade. Will be a nice addition. Also a nice filler between boylston and fenway ctr/kenmore.

Wouldn't be surprised if TRV reserves more space for forthcoming companies...

Wow, wasn't expecting that demo exactly. Is the theater still open?
