Is the yellow-brick building going to remain? (I couldn't tell from the renders of the updated proposal; in the earlier proposal, it was clearly supposed to remain ... hoping the BRA hasn't again persuaded a developer to raze a handsome building he originally wanted to preserve.)

itchy, I think it stays. That looks to be a copper cornice and that would have been removed before anything if the building was coming down.

Oh okay i misunderstood what they were doing.
 
They were super sneaky with demolition on this one. The facade is 100% new, and from what I've heard the floors and a lot of the steel was replaced too. They essentially demolished the old building and built a clone, along with the addition.
