Those parking lots on Nashua Street and at North Station need to be developed with towers, ASAP.
Only if the appetite is there for Max FAA. Otherwise I can wait.... I really don't want to see every "potential new tallest" parcel blown on underwhelming schlock. At 40 years old I'm still holding out hope that I witness a new tallest building in Boston before I die!!!

I'm 60 and feel the SAME. LOL You have 20 additional years on me to hope for a new tallest.

I would want towers tall enough to substantially bust through the buzzcut uniform height of the four recent towers around North Station. But I agree, those parking lots are an ideal location (FAA ceiling, closeness to downtown, transit accessibility, and far enough away from the North End) for real super-talls, and that opportunity should not be squandered on another set of stubby mini-talls.

Wow ^, the refurbished Longfellow Bridge and expanded Charles Street Station look new and futuristic. They did a great job on improving both of those facilities.

Reposting this from the video thread to make sure it gets the visibility it deserves. Watch on a big screen in 4k if you have that option. It took me days to get through it because I kept pausing on one incredible scene after another. Boston has never looked as impressive as it does in this video.

Very nice! I found it a bit dark in a couple of locations, but overall, it's pretty amazing.
