The photo of Route 2 and Alewife shows how much that area has densified and changed over the last few years! No more Faces nightclub and bowling alley.

I absolutely love the little hidden gems that old cities have like the Roxbury fort hill tower. Something like that would never be built today. I sometimes wish Boston had a nice city gate too like quebec.
