The Zoning Board of Appeal today approved plans for a row of five townhouses at
143 Tremont St., just one door down from the Newton line in Brighton's Oak Square neighborhood.
Builder Patrick McKenna's plans call for nine parking spaces, one under each of the three-bedroom units and four more in a lot at the end of building on the narrow, 11,230-square-foot lot.
McKenna's attorney, Michael Ross, told the board the building would be similar to another townhouse building right next door.
Each of the units would be roughly 2,000 square feet.
Nobody spoke in opposition.
