Allston-Brighton Infill and Small Developments

Couldn't find anything about this 20-unit project in Lower Allston on the forum; apologies if this has been posted elsewhere. From what I understand, the land is owned by the City (donated by Harvard as part of the Charlesview development).

20 home-ownership units w/ 22 parking spaces; 60% income-restricted (70-120% AMI). Apparently they are trying to incorporate a Dutch-style woonerf ("living street").

Harvard bought this property about the same time it was swapping land to create a site for 'new' Charlesview IIRC, the property was some sort of specialized machine shop. See link below to streetview image from 2013.

The height of the new housing is compatible with the adjacent residential, including that constructed as part of 'new' Charlesview.

Yea I was just really including the render of the road layout I havent seen.
