The terracotta sampler in that dark (green?) color that will make up the lower podium really gives a "futuristic warehouse" feel, which is perfect for this location. The BPDA filing on page 1 shows some nice renderings. Once/if 350 Summer is completed it will be a really clever transition from Fort Point's historic buildings to modern Boston. The trick will be smoothing Congress so it feels walkable in that area rather than a conduit for freeway onramps/offramps.
