I was at Trader Joe's at Assembly today -- it was nearly dark so it was a bit hard to get the overall view
What is the area next to the Parking Lot for Joe's and the other stuff in that strip -- it looks to be cordoned off for some sort of construction

Czervik -- even for someone who lives in Boston Area -- if you just don't follow a particular route for a while -- its somewhat stunning -- and it's not confined to any one district [such as the huge transformation of the Financial District and the Back Bay a generation plus ago. There are at least 5 or 6 areas where development is restructuring all of the old views.This is another example of how a long-exiled Bostonian like myself is blown away by the changes in Boston. This development is massive and growing, there is a Caffe Nero in the foreground and lurking the background is the Encore Casino. Just boggles my mind in the best way possible.
