The Seaport is (finally) pulling together, from a skyline perspective.
 
Love that pic with Avalon. It looks really tall from there. In a few years that same shot is going to be really something with North Station merging up with the downtown towers at Government Center ... a sea of towers from end to end.
 
1ip is still the crown from most shots. Cant wait for 111 to be built and a new king is crowned over Boston.

State Services can move to 1 Congress and SSC building finally can go BOOM...

i see 1 Congress also pulling tenants from the JFK Fed and we can sic the wrecking ball on the low section... We could get a repeat of 1 Congress/SST and before it's over, get several +700~750' towers.... maybe 10-20 years out.

Low section of JFK Fed rises to ~750' on FAA map.
west side of State Service Center rises slightly above 800'.
Center Plaza between 725' and 750'.
