In person this one's quite nice. A little RIGHT THERE on the sidewalk -- would've been nice if it was set back a bit more -- but otherwise very pretty.

The do-not-dig area under the parking lot in the rear prevents moving it back from the sidewalk. That said, I disagree that it should be set back. Somerville Avenue needs a consistent street wall.

I’m really surprised that the Wings Over Somerville site hasn’t dropped a by right condo proposal yet.
