Actually, I did find ONE photo where some part of the structure might be original, but it's VERY hard to tell. The overhead structure does not seem to be on the other side of the building from old photos.

All that rail access out to Fan Pier is amazing. Now the viaduct makes sense!

from what I understand fit out work completes late 2024 with occupancy very early in 2025.
