“Plans have been approved for a multifamily project set to transform a 43,843 sq ft underutilized warehouse site at 6 Norman Street in Everett. The 6-story residential community will offer 110 units with a resident lounge & fitness center.”
While it’s good that we have literally thousands of new units here, it’s depressing that this will never be a real neighborhood in that no one who doesn’t like here will spend time in the area. There’s no retail or reason to visit.
