Thanks Javier! The old windowless one-story building here - the Silver Fox II - was apparently an event venue, but it had the name and appearance of a sketchy strip club - Before: https://maps.app.goo.gl/o9yGN8keUcXSeXoPA

While it’s good that we have literally thousands of new units here, it’s depressing that this will never be a real neighborhood in that no one who doesn’t like here will spend time in the area. There’s no retail or reason to visit.
