“With previous approvals for a 66-unit project expired, new plans are now under review for a multifamily development at 6 Norman Street in Everett. New plans call for a 6-story building with 114 units and 48 parking spaces. Units would include a mix of 40 studios, 60 one-beds, and 14 two-beds.”

While it’s good that we have literally thousands of new units here, it’s depressing that this will never be a real neighborhood in that no one who doesn’t like here will spend time in the area. There’s no retail or reason to visit.
