It is. I was there a few days ago and I saw them installing steel beams. Is this still actively being worked on? Every time I walk by it's completely deserted.
I only go by every couple months on an excursion to Coolidge Corner - but - i see progress every time. I wonder if work is only done overnight so the Pike can have further restrictions out of precaution. Is this still actively being worked on? Every time I walk by it's completely deserted.
I doubt any time soon. I believe in the first phase the crane did not come down and the lane did not reopen until the project was much further along. Either way, that portion of the Mass Pike is likely to be porked for the next decade or more given the need to replace the aging viaduct as part of the massive project.Does anyone know when the 4th lane on Mass Pike in this area will reopen? Obviously not until the crane comes down but just curious because traffic merging onto Masspike from Allston-Brighton is the worst and has been for well over a year now.
