Anyone know why the Hancock Tower is 790 feet tall, but only has 60 floors? It should qualify as a 70 story building, shouldn't it?

The building itself has 60 actual floors. The whole "10 feet = 1 storey" idea is mostly relevant on older builds and is almost always inaccurate on large buildings today- office buildings in particular.
