I drove by it last night and the retail base looked great. Even with just construction lighting, it really glows because of all the glass. Totally transforms that corner.
 
CCA, I am so happy that we don't have many projects that are VE'd to death and look nothing like the approved design. HA!
 
this building is awesome, i didn't know it had 4 retail spaces... b.good, caffe nero, pret, and still one left to be filled!
