Love the pocket parks in this area of Portland. This pic in particular gives me Gulch neighborhood section of Nashville vibes. Portland continues to improve its curb appeal!

This has turned out to be a stunning development. It blows my mind that anyone balked at this and would rather look at the crappy parking lots and the old ER section of Mercy. This is a huge improvement to the neighborhood.

For me, a neighbor, this redevelopment keeps getting better.
