i just think MIT would find it highly desirable to replace a squat building in a years. Will it be 10 years? If forced to guess, i would need to go back and say no. Could it happen in 15~30. As crazy as it seems; at this point i wouldn't rule it out.

They'll want something bigger there (soon). They'll need the space, and (they can). They're richer than some small countries, and getting richer by the day. They print money, and Cambridge will eventually let 'em build what they want.
