Re: Parcel JK | NorthPoint | Cambridge
For those of you interested in tracking the progress of Cambridge Crossing's "Lot JK", I have included shots since my last update: apologies for the delay.
- 29 March / North side steel at ground level 2; plating at level 2; lobby beginning; south side at [null]; no concrete beyond bathtub.
- 3 April / North side steel at lvl 3; plating at lvl 2; lobby continuing; south side at [null]; no concrete.
- 9 April / North steel at lvl 3; plating at lvl 2; south wrapping; no concrete (I normally shoot from "Sierra", the building at 9 o'clock, or left side middle; this shot from Gilmore Bridge).
- 24 April / max steel at lvl 5; plating at lvl 4; concrete pour north half of lvl 1 (which remained flooded for 7+ days) and began bridging gap bt future sidewalk and building (over old bathtub wall, north side).
- 25 April / same characteristics as above save visible flooding on lvl 1 after storms; also, bottom of image shows area (previously under a drumlin) to receive "Storm Trap" storm mitigation boxes...
- 1 May / max steel at lvl 6; plating at lvl 5; concrete still only on lvl 1 north.
- 1 May / First night they lit anything beyond lvl 1 north concrete mess.
- 2 May / extended steel and plating quickly today - more lvl 6 steel and plating rose to lvl 6.
- 9 May / max steel at lvl 8; plating at lvl 7; concrete poured to lobby area.
- 17 May / max steel at lvl 9+; plating at lvl 9; fireproofing on lvl 1 north; concrete on parts of lvls 1, 2, and 3. Also visible is 4-5 segments of increasing height Storm Trap concrete boxes (bottom).
