This is likely the proposal the City is looking for. It is the joint work of Millennium Partners (affordable housing component for Winthrop Square Garage), Asian Community Development Corporation (community buy-in), Tufts Shared Services and Corcoran Jennison -- Doubletree Hotel owner (abutters buy in).

Correct, it hasn't been chosen yet. But this particular proposal was pretty carefully curated by BPDA to deal with a lot of competing interests for the site. There may be a better one submitted, but it seems unlikely.

That's my interpretation. These are the same folks who did One Chinatown with MP as added oomph. The fix is in in a good way here.

Tufts Medical Center routinely runs out of patient/visitor parking. Employees are not even allowed to use that garage. That was the major ask by Tufts as an abutter.
