heh, good call. it was actually taken from the room my girlfriend and i stayed in when we were originally in town looking for a place to live before we moved up.

I always love the view from that direction on the First National Bank of Boston. It makes it look exceptionally tall.

Yeah, I like that view, too. Compare that to statler's pic. When the offending bulge is mostly hidden, it doesn't look as menacing or disproportionate.

I used to work in the building. Had a killer view in the 80s before all the development round Fort Hill blocked the harbor. (Uh-oh. NIMBY-ish whining.)

^That's one of my favorite buildings in Boston. My best friend from high school works in it, so I am there admiring it a few times every year.
