I think the Sheraton could do well with a reskinning. I love how the sign reflects on the Charles at night though, its a landmark for better or worse in that respect.

Always liked it and the location on Memorial Dr. I wish Memorial had more... memorable architecture as it's one of the best boulevards in the city (which has some pretty banging boulevards to begin with).

784 Memorial Drive - formerly Polaroid headquarters. I think it has multiple tenants these days.

A quick Google search turns up a tenant by the name of Management Sciences for Health (how's that for an obtuse name). And based on who I've seen going in and out of the building that sounds about right--they looked like anyone else you'd see around Kendall, MIT, Harvard...
